Section HIGHER SCHOOL OF TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION in French language

Founded 1962 as the School of Translation and Interpreting. Nowadays, only one of two traditional schools of translation and interpreting (beside the Linguistics University of Moscow). The School is in charge of the following programs.

• Translation and Interpreting (English, German, French as the first foreign language)
• Juridical and Economic Linguistics, Interpreting and Translation (a double degree program with the National Research State University of Nizhny Novgorod)
• Specialist (classical 5 years diploma form before Bologna):
• Translation and Interpreting (English, German, French as the first foreign language)

• Interpreting (English as the first language)
• Simultaneous Interpreting (English as the first language)
• Special Translation (German or French as the first foreign language, extramural)
